Suggest Remedy For Sharp Abdominal Pain,blackish Red Bleeding And Dizziness

I had a neg hcg blood test Aug 2. I ve had sharp pains in my abdomen. My body is weak & i feel like I will pass out. I started my period yesterday & it was bright red & light. Today, I m bleeding black, red with clots. Is is possible to get a neg hcg & still be pregnant? My husband & I are trying to get pregnant

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

If period delayed more than 10 to 15 days and spotting present than pregnancy chance can be there ....
Test will positive 10 to 12 days of delayed period. ..Before that HCG might negative ...
So repeat test and USG done ....

Apart from pregnancy USG also help in rule put if pelvic inflammatory disease present ...

For that urine examination and CRP estimation also done. ...
Suitable antibiotic given if needed. ...

USG also ruled out fibroid , ovarian cyst if present .....which can lead bleeding .....

Pelvic examination also needed ....

And if no specific cause revealed than for dysfunctional bleed trenexemic acid can help in stop excess bleed...

Consult gynecologist for this. ...
