Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Both Ovaries

I have ovary pain on both my ovaries. I am not due to get my periods until another two weeks or so. I have irregular periods varying from 30-50 days. My pain feels like my insides are being ripped out. I previously had a stillbirth in 2013 & a pregnancy in the fallopean tubes in 2014. I am so much in pain & I don't know what to do. Please help!!!

Hi,
I understand your concern.
After reading your query carefully I feel the cause of your pain to be-
-PCOD, a condition leading to irregular periods with swelling of ovaries-
- Pelvic inflammation following tubal pregnancy.
A USG lower abdomen would help in differentiating the conditions.treatment would be according to basic cause. You should consult a gynecologist soon. Before that taking anti inflammatory drug like Ibuprofen 400 mg after food would help.
* do not foment/ massage abdomen.
Thanks.
