Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Due To Kidney Stones, Gallstones And Bilateral Medullary Nephrocalicinosis

I do not have health insurance but in June I was hospitalized with an 8 cm kidney stone in the left kidney. They discovered I also have gall stones and bilateral medullary nephrocalicinosis. 2 days ago I started running a low grade fever and have not been able to get it down below 99.5. I am experiencing unbearable pain in my left side that goes all the way to my back. I can not seem to get enough to drink no matter how much water Ive had. It takes a while to urinate. Its to the point I feel almost dizzy just trying to stand. I ve used heating pads and baths and several over the counter pain relievers including Tylenol and naproxen.
