Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Behind The Knee Post Twisting The Leg
My 78 year old wife twisted her leg getting into bed. No pain at that time. The next morning she was unable to walk or put pressure on her leg. That was 6 days ago and she is still unable to walk or put pressure on it without pain, mostly feels like pain is behind knee.

it is a bad sprain. can take combiflam tablet after food. apply analgesic ointment . can apply cold compression and few days rest. keep watch on swelling of any part of leg.in that case can apply crepe bandage
