Suggest Remedy For Severe Migraine In Pregnancy

My wife is 13 weeks pregnant and is suffering from a severe migraine on the back/left side of here head. She has complained of her ear hurting earlier in the day, but we had her ears checked and there is no inflammation or infection. She is 25, 4 10 and 125 pounds. She has had recent blood tests that were all normal.
