Suggest Remedy For Severe Gastric Problem, Vomiting And Dizziness

female 28 years old, 56kg, for the past 4 years and once a year i get dizzy, vommit, nasuea with a low blood pressure as well. Admitted to hospital for severe gastric and discharged after 5 days. this year the same problems and i took alprazolam 10mg and i felt great for 1 day without any of those symptoms. now the symptoms are back. Request advice.

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms are not directly indicative of any disease, low blood can not be it self ( You have not mentioned the reading of blood pressure), you have stated "severe gastric" it does not create any sense, at the most hyperacidity can be thought, as you are taking Alprazolam 10 mg it means it seems to be case of severe depression, I request you to send the detail query if you have something related with pathophysiological changes, else try to come out of the stress hope this information helps.
