Suggest Remedy For Severe Abdominal Pain
i am a female,age38,mother of two children,younger one is 8 years,from last 2 years i am facing gastric problem ,and after a plenty of exercise i was well again but from last night i have got a saveir pain in lower abdomen and need your suggestion as to what should i do to get a rid of the pain?

Your problem could be acute gastritis.use proton pump inhibitors like tab.pantop40mg before breakfast.get ultrasound abdomen and rapid urease test to rule out h pylori infection.if RUT is positive for H.pylori you should start H.pylori kit of antibiotics for 21 days.consult your gastro enterologist for expert management
