Suggest Remedy For Running Nose With Cough
I have a 3 year old grandaughter who is 37 inches 30 pounds. she statred to have sneezing and clear running nose 4 days ago with a fever of 100.9. She had upper GI surgery in 2010 due to small opening. She is now running 101.7 and has developed a bark sounding cough.

Hi...This can occur due to upper airway infection. The child will need paracetamol for control of fever and nebulisation for symptomatic relief.
