Suggest Remedy For Redness In Foreskin, Swollen Tongue And Lymph Nodes After Receiving And Giving Oral Sex

60 yr old male, had received oral sex from a new girlfriend, I also gave her oral, I have redness in my foreskin, my tongue swelled up, and a limph node sweeled up on the right side of my neck, I have tried lotrimin, but it seems to make it worse, the limph node is almost to normal size

Chlamydia, human papillomavirus (HPV), gonorrhea, herpes, hepatitis (multiple strains), and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) can be transmiyyed by oral sex. Out of these, commonest is HPV,Herpes and gonorrhea. please get it checked by a physician and start on appropriate medicines like antibiotics
