I m 6 weeks pregnant and at 5 weeks 5 days I started bleeding and was sure I was having a miscarriage. I went in and to my surprise after searching the emryo, a heartbeat was spotted and everything was fine. I was told some women bleed during early pregnancy. I went back 2 days later to a different Dr. and as soon as she looked at the ultrasound, she said this doesn t look good as the sac has slid from the top of the uterus to the lower part. But the embryo measured to that day exactly. She said this is an impending miscarriage. I told her I was only bleeding no cramping or anything and the bleeding subsides. She said just wait it will happen. She said she cannot find the heartbeat also but said maybe she is not looking as good as the previous Dr. This was 2 days ago and I have not had any clots or tissue pass just like a light period. No cramps either. Is this 100% a miscarriage?
