Suggest Remedy For Pressure And Soreness In Left Eye

a yellow gel like substance in the sclara part of the eye. Ive had a headache all day sence i woke up & feel pressure in my left eye.. it feels like i have a piece of sand in the eye & my daughter does see a gel like substance right where it hurts? What could it be???

hi dear
following are the possibilities
1 it could be a foreign body which will have to be removed
2 it could be migraine with preexisting but noticed now pterygium which needs to be removed only if it interferes with vision or hurts
