Suggest Remedy For Persistent Eye Swelling With Itching And Pain

My eyes and eyelids have been red, swollen, itchy, flaking and painful for some time now. This started in December and is gradually getting worse. I already use Restasis for dry eye. Doctor recommended nose spray and allergy pills to no avail. What is wrong and what can I do? I'm afraid to go out on windy days and miss some social events because my eyes look and feel so awful.

this may be allergic conjunctivitis.. can take tab levocetrizine 5 mg daily morning and apply cromal eye drop three times daily. avoid any cosmatic in eye.cause of allergies to be found out. it can be some food or drink and a pet in house. allergy test can be done.
