Hello dear I understand your concern Thick endometrium and persistent bleeding could be due to the hormonal imbalance, endometrial dysplasia, vaginal infection/pelvic inflammatory disease. I would suggest to go for the endometrial biopsy and routine blood tests like ESR, CBC, CRP, reproductive hormone analysis. Progesterone shot and tranexamic acid will help to reduce the bleeding. If bleeding will stop then go for D & C under aseptic condition. Take healthy diet with iron and folic acid supplements.
