Hello,

You are experiencing pain in the vulvar region during periods, you have history of having Bartholin cyst removed. But it is hurting. Bartholin cyst removal may take time to heal as it is located in a very sensitive area. The stitches may take time to heal and hurt if they are getting infected. take care of your hygiene. You can take anti-inflammatory medicines (Motrin, Advil), one SOS when needed to get relief from pain and discomfort.

Avoid sex or any sexual activity for a couple of days. Do not scratch, touch or try to pop the wound. Get a follow up examination done by your gynecologist, to detect if there is any infection. If infected you will need a course of antibiotics orally for better and faster healing. Take home made food rich in minerals and high in protein. You can also take multivitamin supplements.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
