Suggest Remedy For Pain In Chest With Headaches And Dizziness

I'm under a lot of stress. I found out yesterday my dad has a aggressive form of prostate cancer, my house is going up for auction next week, I have a 18 month old son who is on the constant go, and I've been having heart fluttering for 2 days with some pain in my chest, headaches everyday, and feeling dizzy. I have had a heart murmur since I was born but this fluttering is kind of bothering me now. I know it's a lot to deal with but should I get checked out or be concerned?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you have adjustment disorder and you need supportive therapy for that. Better to consult a psychiatrist and psychologist for proper management. You can also try some relaxation exercise that would help to decrease the stress. Rest, you can discuss with your psychiatrist or physician. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
