Hello ma'am and welcome.

In my opinion, your presentation is just a side effect of the implant. Although worth reporting to your doctor, bleeding is not an indication for removal of the implant. Your doctor may ask you to just relax or may even prescribe medication which will help reduce or regularize your menstrual cycle.

Do not worry, as this is nothing serious and should not be a cause for concern.

Best wishes.
