Hello,

I understand that spinal fusion is getting some spine nerves compressed resulting in your neck pain and back ache. When sleeping or resting for long hours maintain correct posture. Posture can severely affect and cause numbness of limbs or certain parts of the body. It is suggested that you sleep without a pillow (or a small low height pillow if you cannot do without it). Do not strain your spine area where fusion happened and try to keep the area relaxed even when resting or sleeping.

You can take Naproxen or Combiflam, one SOS after food to get relieve from pain. You can get clinically examined and get Imaging tests done to rule out cervical spondylosis, OA, etc. Numbness can be indicative of peripheral neuropathy, take vitamin B6, B12 rich food or supplements. Get Nerve conduction tests done to be at the safer side. For tummy ache take antacid or PPI's. Get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
