Even though you need to be assessed clinically in person by a doctor in your place, from the history it seems to me that you have developed a hematoma (localised collection of blood) in the back of your head under your scalp. If you leave alone, I would advise you to go to the nearest ER and get yourself assessed. If you are having companion, then they should observe you for any change in the level of your consciousness, or change in behaviour, or any increase in the size of hematoma, and in that case, they shoud immediately take you to the nearest ER in your region.

For the present, you could go for an anti inflammatory along with a proton pump inhibitor drug for a symptomatic relief, and put a pressure bandage over the hematoma. In uncomplicated cases, this hematoma should subsde of its own in about two weeks time.

HI,Dear, Thanks for the query from you for your lumpy head post-traumatic in last few minutes.1-I am happy that you are serious to know why this lump has grown and whether the headache and the dazed feel is worry some or not?2-In my opinion , I would advise you to -get the Surgeons chek from the ER urtly.3-The unreliving daze and the headache with teh lump on the back of the head, is serious event , though you still dont have nausea and blurred vision and you should not wait till that.4-You should be panick and Urgtly go to ER -Surgeon and get the needed treatment urgtly .5-Besides this I would advise you to remain Nil By Mouth till you go to ER and get the advise for proper treatment of the head-injury you had.6 - I would advise ENT check and MRI-for to rule out the Cerebral Concussion-which you have-though not serious by complaints you had and the facts about it.7-So I would advise you -not to take any calming , sleep tabs by any means , which I would never advise in your case -as the your headache and dazed feel-is serious and needs further proper treatment from ER-SURGEON , sos neuro-doctor.8-Hope this would solve your worry of the dazed feel and the headache your had post-head injury.9-So urgtly take -the advise from the ER Surgeon.10.-Hope this would solve your query.11-Wellcome to HCM for any more query.
