Suggest Remedy For Lower Back Pain
i am am experiencing lower back and abdominal pain that feels like labor contractions, if I lay a certain way the pain sudsides but if I stand or walk or try to bend the pain is excrutiating? Do I need to go to the ER or take some over the counter medicine?

Hello,
I had gone through the case and found that it might be muscle spasm or ovarian cyst or anything else.
So go for ultrasound of lower abdomen and take mild painkiller for relife.
After the proper diagnosis take proper treatment.
