I m a 32 year old female and have had abdominal pain my whole life. I ve always have had problems taking a poop. The last 3 days, my stomach has been extremely painful and I have had severe, painful diarrhea. I have severe pain in my lower abdomen and radiates to me back. I feel better in the mornings and the pain increases throughout the day. Please help! I m in a lot of pain :*(
Hello Looking at your description this could be cause by following conditions Gastroenteritis Acid peptic disease PID pelvic inflammatory disease PIVD prolapse intervertebral disc disease
If I were your treating doctor, I would have advise you for a battery of tests like blood profile as blood for hemoglobin, CBC liver and kidney function test or thyroid test and an ultrasound or an endoscopy if need be.
Have lots of fluids, fresh fruits and vegetables You should take ORS and lemon juice with salt and sugar to counter dehydration and electrolytic imbalances
