Hello
Looking at your description this could be cause by following conditions
Gastroenteritis
Acid peptic disease
PID pelvic inflammatory disease
PIVD prolapse intervertebral disc disease

If I were your treating doctor, I would have advise you for a battery of tests like blood profile as blood for hemoglobin, CBC liver and kidney function test or thyroid test and an ultrasound or an endoscopy if need be.

Have lots of fluids, fresh fruits and vegetables
You should take ORS and lemon juice with salt and sugar to counter dehydration and electrolytic imbalances

You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor
hope this helps you
Best wishes
