General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

I understand your concern.
Some advice that I can give you are:

1) Use over-the-counter options like Imodium.
2) Take probiotics.
3) Take frequent, small sips of water or a rehydration drink and small bites of salty crackers.
4) Begin eating mild foods the next day or sooner, depending on how you feel.

Hope that clarifies your concerns. Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
