General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Experiencing light headedness and shortness of breath following a bee sting with worsening of bite site are all indicative that there is an allergic local and systemic reaction.
It would be better for you to seek medical attention by getting admitted to emergency room at the earliest.
Kindly take Tablet.Chlorpheniramine maleate (if available) at the earliest and proceed for admission.
This is because you need to be monitored for stability of your vital signs.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best and wish you speedy recovery.
I find this answer helpful
