From history it seems that you might be having yeast infection on the part spreading in near by area.
Apply anti-fungal cream on all affected parts.
Go for one oral anti-fungal medicine like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
