Deviry is a progestational medicine. Withdrawal bleeding of only Progesterone is always scantier than Oestrogen + Progesterone.
You have taken only progestational preparation for continuous three months. Therefore, you are not getting any withdrawal bleeding. However, before taking any steps it is safer to perform pregnancy test to find out the status of pregnancy; though, Deviry itself would prevent pregnancy if taken daily.
Please report to your Gynaecologist if pregnancy test is negative, and take some Oestrogen + Progesterone preparation like EP Forte or double dose of Oestrogen dominant birth control pills for 5 days; then within 4-7 days you should get withdrawal bleeding. Take these medicines only with Gynaecologist's advice.
I hope this helps you.
