Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation

Hi, I am a 48 year old woman, not having my periods anymore, this year I had some months with period. Lately I have been finding a pink rosy discharge in my underwear sometimes. Today I found blood on my underwear and feel nauseous. Should I see a doctor?

Hi,

Nothing to worry, but need routine screening tests, pap smear, ultrasound so that it is useful for diagnostic purpose too and any abnormality will be treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

You are in menopause if you have at least a year without period or spotting. If your time without period is less than a year you are in peri-menopause and this irregularities are normal. After a year without period you should not experience spotting or period anymore otherwise it is pathological and needs further examinations.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
