Hello,
I have gone through your query. I will be able to answer better if you can furnish me complete details of your menstrual history, if you had any hormonal treatment in the recent past, your BMI, any infection etc. You need proper clinical assessment which includes hormonal assay apart from a sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route, blood counts and urinalysis to exclude infections. Common causes for menstrual disturbances are sudden weight changes, stress, polycystic ovaries, infections and use of certain medications. Please plan proper further management after clinical evaluation. Hope this helps.
