Hello, sir i am 26 year old and my last period date was 24th june and 3 month was gone my period was not coming i m check the all the urine test but result was in negative so sir can you give me direction wat i can do? one more thing sir period miss is my regular problem when i m 14 or 16 year old.

irregular menstural cycle can be due to stress,pcod,overweight,hormonal imbalnce....u can visit your gynecologist to take registrone to get your period plus u can start ocps to regularize your periods...
