Suggest Remedy For Infected Blood Blister Under The Chest

I have it seems like a red blood blister under my chest. I touched it a little and it popped immediately than became infected in the last few days. I went to the Urgent Care clinic this weekend and they game me antibiotics, but I am going to Dermotologist tomorrow. It s very red and infected and keeps bleeding through the band aid I have on it. I think my bra is irritating it.

Hi,
Thanks for writing to hcm.
Until you meet the dermatologist , along with oral antibiotics prescribed for u kindly use a topical antibiotic cream on the blister ((Framycetin Sulphate or erythromycin cream - if you are not allergic to it).
Also wear a loose inner wear to avoid friction with the blister.
If it is painful you can take an over the counter analgesic (pain killer).

Regards
Dr.Riyanka
