Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

It is not advised to drop your blood sugar levels dramatically, but gradually, over time. If you have been diagnosed recently with diabetes, then, should wait for up to 3 months to see improvement in your blood sugar.

Meanwhile, during these months, I advise to:
- eat less sugary foods
- consume ore healthy foods : fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low fat dairies, etc.
- be more physically involved (until you sweat)
- increase water intake,
- avoid soft/alcoholic drinks
- take medications as prescribed by your doctor

Try to be consistent in following the right changes to beat your diabetes.

All the best!
Dr.Albana
