Suggest Remedy For Headache

I have a headache in the front left aide of my head which travels down through my face into the left side of my gums which is very intense at times. I also have a pain in my left nostril which contributes to my headache. I thought it might be a staph infection as I have had one before but there is no spot and the pain has been occuring frequently for around a week now
