Suggest Remedy For Headache

hi. i have been having right temple headaches for the last 1-1/2 weeks... almost daily... uncomfortable, but not debilitating. on thursday morning, as i was driving, i had the most excruciating pain in the same right side temple area. ran a traffic light, started sweating and became nauseated. pain was so intense (pulsating/throbbing pain). i made it home throwing up all the way home and have been sleeping continuously since then. only being awake for about 1 hour in a whole day to urinate or drink something. i have not eaten nor have i been hungry. throbbing is still there, however, not as intense. it seems to be aggravated by movement (especially bending downward). i still am a tad bit dizzy and sleepy. right before the incident, i took oxyelite pro. wondering if it aggravated my daily headaches more or if there is some other cause. i feel better today (saturday) and was about to head into the emergency room if this didnt clear soon... my husband also reported that i was speaking nonsense the other night. i woke up and thought a dream was real. i rarely have dreams.

Hi,

First of all, the drug you take (oxyelite pro) can aggravate headache. Second, you should measure your blood pressure and if it were high, you could take a suitable medical treatment and reduce fat and salt intake besides doing an ECHO and an ECG on your heart. Third, if you take a hormonal therapy for contraception, you should ask a gynecologist for help. Fourth, the hormonal therapy can cause weight gain, so you should adjust the dose with your doctor and to reduce weight you should eat healthy diet and doing some exercises.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mustafa, Neurologist
