Suggest Remedy For Headache
Hi Doctor, I have headache on the right part of the forehead. Somtimes the pain is unbearable. The pain happens only 3-4 hours a day. I have just recovered from cold. is it a sinus headache due to congestion caused by cold? I want to know the possible cause and cure for the same. I have consulted a doctor. He has priscribed Mobizox for 3 days. Please suggest.

Hi,
Your symptoms might be due to sinus headache or Tension headache. I advice you to:
* Take antibiotics for 5 days
* Use Nasivion spray 2-3 drops thrice a day
* Steam inhalation
* Analgesics Naproxen / paracetamol and Triptans. Also, Ergotamine + caffeine
* Avoid exposure to light, noise etc
* Also, to have a consultation with an ENT specialist for further evaluation
