Suggest Remedy For Headache

Hi I am a 48 year old male who has been suffering with left temple headaches. For the longest time I couldn t figure it out but when I block my left nostril the pain goes away. There are times when it is so bad that I stuff tissue up my left nostril to help me with the pain. Have you ever heard of this?

Hi,

Your symptoms might be due to migraine or temporal arteritis or sinus headache or Hypertensive crisis. I advice you:
- Do detailed EYE, ENT examination and BP checkup
- Analgesics: Naproxen / paracetamol and Triptans
- Relaxation and stretching exercises, YOGA
- Avoid exposure to light, noise etc
- Flu like symptoms Co-exists: antibiotics for 5 days
- Use Nasivion spray 2-3 drops thrice a day
- Steam inhalation
