Suggest Remedy For Headache, Shoulder And Neck Pain After Injury

Hello, Last Thursday morning while I was sleeping, I rolled off of my bed and hit the base of my skull, my neck, and left shoulder on a wood/marble nightstand next to my bed. I ve had a throbbing headache, but my shoulder and the lower part of my neck is still bothering me enough that I can t move it normally. Should I be concerned? What do you recommend I should do? Thank you!! Regards, Annette

Thank-you user for your query.
I understand your concern.

As per your history its appears that you had blunt trauma. If you are having dizziness, persistent pain
and vomitting then you must not ignore and kindly visit a neurologist for proper evaluation and investigations as required.
As of now i suggest you to take proper rest , antiinflammatory available over the counter like acetaminophen and fermentation in the shoulder and neck region.Avoid too much of physical activities and exercises for few day.

Take care
Hope I answered your question.
