General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

A headache and fatigue with constipation are drug-induced side effects and unless the same will be continuing to use, no reversal is possible with any other supportive aids.

Drink more liquids, soap water enema by your GP and cessation of current drugs are prime to recover.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
