Have Constipation, Vomiting, Headache And Chillis

Having chillis, headache, constipation vomating. When hitting my right side or lower backs seems to help with the constipation. Which the constipation is gone I start to feel Better this last about a couple of days it comes ago for about a month now

In my opinion it may be due to food poisoning which can cause diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, chills. Do you have abdominal pain?. Consult your doctor and treat accordingly.
