Suggest Remedy For General Feeling Of Anxiety
hello....i am 20 years old and about a year ago i had a bad reaction to cannabis ingestion.
After the incident i had a bad stress and anxiety related problems(derealization).
I consulted a neurologist and he prescribed a stalopalm .05mg, valance od and buspin 5.
I took the medication for some 20-25 days and felt much much relief, but then some one told me about the side effects of such medication on central nervous system.
after about 1.5 years i am much better but general feeling of anxiety...feelings as if i am trapped inside my own body....comes and goes.
HOW CAN I HELP MY SELF SO AS TO ERADICATE THIS COMPLETELY

do u have more concern regarding side effect than its effect?
do u have experirnce any side effeft?
u consulted neurologist thats y u have prescribed that much medication
u have only require one medicine ,consult psychiatrist who are more appropiate for anxiety disorder
prescribed medications are good but no need of such medicines in ur anxiety
just start combination of paroxetine 12.5 mg plus clonazepam .5 mg a nd it will take care od all ur symptoms
regarding its side effect it will produce minimal side effect than simple medicine like paracetamol in long term
it is safest and no need to worry
just take care of ur symptoms
