Hello and welcome,

Please do not worry. The burn and tear will heal. However if it is long standing then it is better to get it checked by a gynecologist as deep tears may need a suture.

If the tear is not deep, just avoid sex for 7-10 days so that repeated trauma does not occur. Apply cold compresses to sooth inflammation. Use acetaminophen to ease pain and apply a clotrimazole, beclomethasone ointment along with palcentrax or aloevera gel to help heal it. Leaving it open at night also promotes faster healing.

If these measures do not work, please see a doctor and get examined for infection that may delay healing.

Hope this satisfies your query.
