Suggest Remedy For Frequent Urination

My 6 year old son has been urinating frequently over the last few weeks. Just in the last 3 hours he has gone to the bathroom 5 or 6 times. Each time he has a full bladder and it is colorless. He has had a few accidents over the last 2 weeks. What could this be?

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. The more water he takes in, the more urine he is going to evacuate.
2. Get a urine examination, particularly for specific gravity and urine sugar to evaluate for diabetes inspidus or diabetes mellitus respectively. If both are within normal range, it is increased water input.
3. As it is colorless, urine infection possibility is low. Need to be more specific about accidents to comment about it. Further details necessary for further opinion.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
