General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

For diarrhea, he has been given a probiotic tablet. The fever could be due to associated liver inflammation. I suggest you investigate him with sgpt, crp and cbc estimation for primary workup. Meanwhile, paracetamol sos can be prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
