Suggest Remedy For Eye Problem

First of all I have Lupus and I hate chalking everything up to it but for the last week I have noticed that my eyes have been turning a yelllow tint and at night are really red also and irritated ... I have also have fever high has been 101.6 and muscle aches in les in back... that I figured was from fever which I have frequently but what about the yellow eyes? Currently no healthcare and been off my meds for 6 months due to it.

lupus is a autoimmune disease. continue treatment as usual. can go for liver function test look for jaundice. for all other problem like fever you can go for symptomatic treatment.
