Hello.. I am 49 years old.. Having extreme hotflashes, had no period for 5 years, and now I have no energy.. Lately I ve had a little twinge of pain in my left ovary area. Over the past few weeks my legs have felt like shaky legs when I get up after sitting for a few minutes, or I get up from sleeping.. Serious tremors almost to hard to walk.. All of this has me worried..

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Hot flashes are due to post menopausal status. Weakness and tremors can be due to some neurological illness.
I will suggest you to consult a neurologist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
