Suggest Remedy For Extreme Hairfall While On Warfarin

I started taking Warfarin at the beginning of August after having blood clots in my lungs and one leg. Also have gout. Am 77 yrs. of age. Just these last few weeks my hair has been coming out and has thinned noticeably to my husband and I. Don t have a checkup til January. Is there a solution?? Shamrockrosie@ aol.com

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are wondering for remedy for extreme hairfall while on Warfarin . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like genetic factor , fungal infection , age factor and hormonal changes . I your case it seems to me that the age factory is probably the reason for hair fall . I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order skin patch test , blood test and physical examination . Doctor may prescribe you drug like finpecia at least for 3-4 months or anti fungal treatment along with minoxidil spray . Doctor may also prescribe supplements like Vitamin A ,Omega-3 and Vitamin E . Doctor may also recommend hair transplant with HUE technique . Take half Indian goose berry powder , which will be very helpful.
