Suggest Remedy For Extreme Constipation

Hello,
For the past week, I've been extremely constipated. And for the past few days, I've experienced extreme pain within my chest/stomach area-where I've been doubled over in pain. Today, I also regurgitated my dinner from last night. I don't seem to be able to hold anything down, not even liquid. At one point today, I was considering going to the emergency room because the pain was so bad. It has since subsided, but now I have a pit in my stomach. I'm afraid to eat or drink anything and still do not feel settled. I also took a stool softener late last night. What can I do to feel better?

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related gastritis. It is an inflammation of the stomach lining. I recommend using antacids. I also recommend using PPI medication such as Omeprazole daily in the morning before breakfast.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
