Hi,

As per your query you have an ear infection which seems to be due to fungal infection, wax builds up, fluid accumulation, eustachian tube dysfunction and could be due to systemic disease infection.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you do warm saline gargles and take steam twice a day and apply warm dry compresses to the external ear. You should consult ENT specialist once for proper diagnosis. The doctor may examine by otoscopic means to check the level of infection.

The doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxicillin at least for a week along with decongestants. You should go for audiometric testing as well to check the hearing level. Put Otogesic ear drops and main hygiene of the ear canal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
