Suggest Remedy For Discomfort In The Eye

I have a very bloodshot eye which became progressively more red throughout the day. I have very dry eyes (I use Restasis & artificial tear) I just thought the discomfort was dryness, but it is now very bloodshot. Should I use a warm or cool compress to ease the discomfort?

you are having dry eye syndrome. no need of cold compress. should have given history of contaclens use or excessive sitting before computer orTVsince they are additive factor for dry eye. better use an anti glare specs for compute ruse.
