Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
I have read your question in detail and I know that you are very concerned about your child but don't worry about it.

A 1 month baby may pass stools 6 times per day or once in 5 days, both these things are normal.
There is no need to give colicaid drops for 15 days.
If your child is passing urine more than 6 times per day, then he is getting adequate feed.
To increase weight give exclusive breastfeeding to baby for 6 months.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.
