hi sir.my nephew 16 months of age.have diarrhoea for the last 30 days on and off.last week diarrhoea was with vomiting and fever. doctor gave him antibiotics,ors,and metronidazole and domperidone.but his problem of watery diarrhoea persists.plz if u help

We have to find the cause by the consulting a pediatrician again for second opinion. Get started on pre and probiotics. Send stool sample for lab for 3 consecutive days. Get the blood tests also. This will give better idea about the cause and will be treated accordingly.
