Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea With Abdominal Cramps
for the past two days I have been feeling bad and I have been vomitting with diarrhea and low grad fever of 100.5. Yesterday it was, well just regular somache virus stuff (normal colored vomit and diarrhea) today my vomit and stool is extremly green they look exactly the same. And noe I am have abdominal cramping to my left lower quadrant. Should I go to the er?

Dear you may be suffering from acute gastroenteritis, if you are not taking orally means you became weak cause dehydration. It will leads to again hypotension, kidney failure.
First get hydrated properly, if your not taking orally means you need to IV line. Tab. Sporulac thrice a day, tab Oflox Ornidazole twice a day, ors sachets(with water) orally. If symptoms not improved consult your doctor immediately.
