Suggest Remedy For Depression In Thyroid Patients

hello sir,

recently i have diagnose the the thyroid problem thru my gynic.now adays i am suffering thru depression.hair fall, me prolactin level is found abnomal than limit due to which i am facing breast paining, chest pain & back pain.

i am 32 yrs old & having one 5yrs old baby. i am taking thyroid tablets of 50mg

Dear madam, greetings from HCM, the main problem for you is hypothyroidism .. that is the root cause for all your symptoms too.. please get the latest thyroid profile TSH, FT3, FT4 and meet us i think you need to increase the dose ... by the way you avoid food stuffs like cabbage / cauliflower ... take iodized salt .. do take more of green leafy vegetables and fruits .. you will be totally alright ... you need to find to keep your self busy and relaxed ... find some ways healthy ways ... like music/walk etc.. all the best and take care
